We solve the following problems with our newly developed rinsing tower for standing belts:
- Prevention of rinsing water being carried over into adjacent rinsing and coating processes due to uncontrolled water leakage (this rinsing tower does not splash anymore, regardless of its settings)
- Consistent and full-surface flushing of the belt to avoid dead zones
- Reduction of the amount of wastewater by up to 90% compared to conventional rinsing systems
- Clean belts
