What does this job entail?

What does this job entail?
Process mechanics (m/f/d) for plastics and rubber technology, specializing in components, learn all the important things about the two main materials – plastic and rubber. They plan the production of pipeline parts and systems, components and assemblies based on order data and drawings. To do this, they select suitable materials and the corresponding auxiliary materials, set up the production machines and systems, and monitor the manufacturing process. In processing and post-processing, they drill, grind or mill components. They also bond individual components e.g., by gluing or welding them.

AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN & PROGRAMMER (M/F/D)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an automation technician or computer scientist (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • Knowledge of PLC programming
  • Ideally basic knowledge of Electrical CAE / Eplan / Electric P8
  • Knowledge of PHP programming as well as MS-SQL databases – desired, but not required
  • Ability to work in a team, independence, reliability, flexibility and a high level of motivation and ability to cope under pressure
  • Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
  • Driving license category B
  • Written and spoken German

  • Design, creation and implementation of control and visualization programs

Your profile

  • Successfully completed training or studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in technical design
  • Advanced knowledge in the area of 3D-CAD-System and Solidworks
  • Confident use of ERP systems
  • Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and decisiveness
