Our cell technology is based on an internal coating cell and an external cell.
The anode baskets are perfused evenly through the main injections at the bottom of the cell and ensure continuous circulation of the electrolyte. Manual or automatic fine tuning of the cell flow creates an ultra-smooth bath surface, which enables high-precision selective coating. Jet nozzles directed at the product are also switched on during the full immersion process, which again significantly increases the separation rate. The medium is fed back into the process tank via the overflow edges of the internal cell. As a result, the external cell doesn’t come into contact with the medium.
The reduced surface area results in less vaporization loss.
This also reduces the required heating output. Due to the thermal and material separation from the rest of the system, KF systems always stay clean and presentable and have a significantly longer service life than conventional systems.
